What is the recommended daily dose?

Answer: One full bottle per day , (1.5liters) drinking a cup and a half every hour and a half. Alternate regular water in between drinking Patriox. Drink the same amount of regular water as you drink Patriox.

Stop around 7pm since the oxygen is energizing!

Do not mix Patriox with anything else and do not put ice in it. hmHowever , you can store it in the refrigerator, although it is not needed.

For storage, keep bottles sealed and out of direct sunlight.

Once opened, they stay potent for up to 57 days if recapped.

With the cap off , it will stay fully potent for 3-5 days.
