When Teresa Reile received her life threatening diagnosis, her world stopped. Discovering the Oxygen Connection
As Teresa studied how cells produce energy, one fact kept surfacing: oxygen is the single most important thing our cells need to make energy. Every cell in the human body depends on oxygen to produce ATP — the energy currency that powers everything from thinking to moving to recovering.
She became a dedicated student of hypoxia — the state of low oxygen in tissues — and how oxygen availability relates to everyday energy, vitality, and healthy aging. Teresa went on to do a deep dive into hypoxia (or lack of oxygen in the tissue), and became a TEDx speaker and the author of "From Tumor to Triumph – My Oxygen Awakening," sharing what her journey taught her about the foundational role of oxygen in wellness.
